What Went Wrong at VT?
WHAT WENT WRONG AT VT?
The press will continue to push this question. Concentrating only on the negative or whatever negative they can create to sway the public thoughts to accomplish some hidden agenda. Always to begin with they create some false sense of concern about the peoples lives that were lost, when they are just trying to get a scoop. Then they plant some negative along the way about how the police did not do what they should have or how terrible they performed.
It is exactly why the police do not do things anymore, is because they can't think and react to situations anymore, they must be conservative or be sued or blasted by the press of their actions. Police are underpaid and over worked, but expected to be the saviors when life situations occur. Plus perform flawlessly while making split second decisions that may or may not cost a life including their own. But now they must make these type of decisions based on press and public opinion after the fact. Do the job and suffer the beatings afterward from the press.
We wonder Why do these things happen? It's the Media that causes these problems. They continue to use the TV to push negative agendas in the minds of the public.
If the Police capture a mad man who kills ten people by shooting him, the focus would be on whether the officer who shot him used excessive force. Did the Officer have permission to shoot? Who gave the permission to shoot? Was it really necessary to shoot? Was the mad man's rights violated? He was an illegal alien and the Police had him in jail, why did they let him go?
They would never focus on the Officer who took this life may now be traumatized by having to kill someone. Not to mention many Officers were involved with the high speed car chase trying to stop this individual, where the mad man tried to run over 3 Officers while they held back shooting him when they could have. They would not focus on the many times the Officers had to make split second decisions while all the time trying not to let this mad man kill anyone else, but while the whole time waiting to not use deadly force unless absolutely necessary. But, because of waiting the mad man went an additional 15 miles at high speeds through neighborhoods where kids live and play, and where others could have been killed. Of course, the press would complain about this too! Now they can say why didn't the Officers take him out earlier why did they wait?
It is a never ending battle with the press. It will always be turned into the presses favor.
When are we the public going to demand the press report the true facts? Our Police Officers should have a medal everyday they show up to work. They don't do this job for the money cause there is none, the Politicians give the money to those who deserve it less!!
So, What went wrong at VT? Some individual caused this to happen. He took the lives of others by shooting them with a gun!!! He finished it by taking his own life. He is the coward, the only one responsible for this tragedy, not the Campus Police or the Virginia Police!!!
What can we do better in the future? What can we learn from this? There is plenty we can do, but who is going to pay for it? I can show you ways to make the Campus secured. I have been in the Protection business all my life. I have tried to bid jobs on Campuses before, but to no success because I don't play the Political game.
Parents? You want to chip in to pay for it? How about it College Campus you want to pay for it? No, the Politicians that control the purse strings have to feel the pressure of losing votes for it to get done! But, who is going to do the work, well the Politicians favorites of course!
Was there anything done wrong at the VT Campus? I'm sure it was and we should learn from that, not fire anyone or demand resignations. The Press does things wrong everyday but never admits it!
We are a not my fault society now. We lost everything that made America what it is today.....values. Things like the VT shootings will continue to make history and get even bigger because we allow it to happen. We allow kids to grow up without valuing anything. We now demand no spankings in schools, no discipline, no value system, no punishment, and allow the kids to make their own choices. Where is the Adult guidance? The values we are teaching are the actions we see today! It started when we took prayer out of schools.
We are so divided as a Nation we can not stand. We allow criminals to have more rights than victims. We pay for criminals bills while the victims are left to fend for themselves. The Laws of the land are having to be enforced by individuals and not our Government entities that should.
The FCC is supposed to manage our airwaves of obscenity, but individuals have to complain before it is enforced. Not only complain, but the individual has to provide the proof it happened. Why doesn't the FCC just enforce what is already written? This is just an example, but our Government departments all need to do what is required of them. If we performed in our private jobs the way most of our Government workers perform daily, we would be fired.
If all of us spoke candidly how the press reports stories, we would be laughed at and made fun of for being so ridiculous. Yet we allow the press to get away with it everyday, even believing what is said to be the whole truth. Do you really believe you get it all in 30 seconds? You only get the negative points, not the real points. Only what someone behind the networks want you to hear, because it is what they want you to believe, don't be so gullible. I even challenged 20/20 when they aired a story about how bad alarm systems were, but they didn't even have the guts to respond to my challenge! Maybe they will now, if you are reading this Blog. Write them and ask them why didn't they respond to me? They will probably report now why didn't VT have Alarms?
So, don't let them muddle your minds about what happened at VT. Ask them to let the Police talk for once. Tell them you want to hear what they have to say.
Since our networks will be reporting all the safety problems of our Campuses in the next week or so, maybe they would want to be the first to start the donation for The Safer Campuses Fund and input the first $50,000. Not just for VT Campus for the show but for all Campuses in America surely they care about all the College Kids? Then don't forget to give an additional $20,000 to each elementary, middle, and high school in America, cause we know you care about them too right? Take some of those millions you get and re-invest in our Americas youth. Show us you care.
